O'Grady has appeared in a number of TV-related films on Lifetime and others, such as The Three Lives of Karen (1997), Two Voices (1997), Every 9 Seconds(1997), Two of Hearts (1997) and Two of Hearts (1997). In 2006, she appeared as a guest star on Two and a Half Men. She played a regular role on Boston Legal as Gloria Weldon in 2007. Gloria Weldon is a judge, who is currently engaged to Alan Shore. In 2007, she starred on Two and a Half Men. Also, she appeared on the show Boston Legal in 2007 as Gloria Weldon, a judge in a personal relationship with attorney Alan Shore. From 2010 to 2011, O'Grady played Wanda Perkins, her mother, on Hellcats. In 2008, she played regular roles on the ABC show Desperate Housewives as Anne Schilling, a woman who is involved in an affair with the character Porter Scavo (at that point she was a teenager).
